How far in advance should I book?
Most small-group departures fill 3–6 months ahead. Peak seasons and signature itineraries often sell out earlier — ask us about waitlists.
Can I change or cancel my trip?
Free date changes are available up to 30 days before departure on most tours. Cancellation terms vary by itinerary and are listed on each tour page.
Are flights included?
Unless noted, international flights are not included so you can use miles or preferred airlines. We can recommend arrival windows that match the group meet-up.
What is the typical group size?
Most Horizon groups are 8–14 travelers. Private departures are available for families and teams — request a custom plan from our team.
Do you offer travel insurance?
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. We can point you to trusted providers; coverage is purchased separately from your tour.
